André’s PASSION for LIFE is to enable BUSINESSES to create positive futures for their family and their business. He is a well-known accredited family business consultant and co-founder of FABASA (Family Business Association of South Africa).
He believes that leadership and values are two sides of the same coin and believe that ethical values enable businesses to instil harmony and survive challenges
André is a trustee of BOPLAAS, the oldest family business in South Africa, and serves on boards of directors, e.g. Cape Pulpit.

Petri also has international management and training experience in the hospitality industry. He is a sought-after trainer and speaker. His is a specialist in Social Style (Petri is a licensed Social Style practitioner), Professional Selling Skills, Management Training, Customer Service and Presentation Skills.
Petri is a committee member of SAPTA (Southern African Professional Trainer’s Association).
Gerhard has been facilitating soft skill training programmes full-time since April 2008. His extensive corporate experience and formal qualifications is a successful combination in integrating theory and practical execution in the learning environment. Gerhard is also passionate about imparting people with knowledge and skills to enrich their personal character and work performance.
He has 27 years of management experience in various corporate companies and private enterprises. The spectrum covers advertising, printing, tourism marketing, lifestyle fitness and the retail environment. He has been involved in the senior operational management of a national retailer for eight years with the personal responsibility of turnover in the excess of R542m per annum.
His experience includes the evaluation and development of marketing strategies and the design and implementation of operational business plans. He has been involved in national and international Trade Shows for the SA Tourism Board and the project management for the development and opening of nine JD Group retail stores nationally.
With the exposure in the business environment, Gerhard has been actively involved in training and development for the past 20 years and was responsible for the training and development of seventeen branch managers for JD Group.
Gerhard completed his MBA (Strategic Marketing) at the University of Hull (United Kingdom) in February 2002. The dissertation focused on Corporate Competitive Intelligence and the primary factors that influence sustained competitive advantage in a constantly changing environment.
Gerhard is also qualified as a family business consultant through the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in Port Elizabeth and is registered with FABASA.
Gerhard has also been approved to facilitate the “University Certificate in Project Management” for the North-West University developed by Dr. G. van der Waldt. Dr. van der Waldt is the author of numerous books on project management and other related subjects.
